The best family vacation we took was when we went on a cruise to the Carribean. It was the first time my children had seen the ocean or been on a ship and they had so much fun. It was relaxing too because the kids were busy doing the childrens programs so we had free time to do what we wanted to do. We hop to do it again,

My best family vacation ever was when I took my kids to Florida…We all loved it so much and my kids loved Universal Studios the best! We also went to SeaWorld and Clearwater Beach. My entire family floated in the ocean for hours, we couldn’t get enough! I always cry when I have to leave florida, I hope someday I can move there permanently.

Our best family vacation was when we went to Mount Rushmore. We did a lot of sight seeing and the kids learned so much. We all loved it so much we went back two more times within the year.

My best vacation I lived through my son who vacationed with his best friend and his friends family. I saw the attractions of Florida through the eyes of my 12 year old son’s. He was so thrilled and egar to share the experience.

Our best family vacation ever is when my family went to Cedar Point Amusement Park in Sandusky, OH. My husband and my children, with their brave souls, rode those huge roller coasters & other rides, I took pictures through out the day to caption those memorable moments. We had such a blast! :)

My favorite vacation was the last one we all took together as a family.
My brother, sister and I are in our 20s now but when we were kids, our last trip was to Texas, and Mexico, we bickered the whole time. My sister being a teenager, acted too cool for us, my brother was annoying and wouldn’t shup up, and I was the youngest and Im pretty sure I whined the whole time, but we had a blast and I’d give anything to live that vacaction again!

Our best family Vacation was last year when we went camping with the children. We had a very stressful year and it was so nice to just be with the children in nature and enjoy our family. We had became my sisters children’s foster parents and then adopted them that June so it was a great way for us to relax and get to know each other. ( I did not know the 4 children very well when we decided we would be their foster parents and adopt them, my sister and I don’t see eye to eye and we was not around each other often).

Anyways It was very peaceful for my husband and I to watch all six children( we had 2 and adopted 4) relax and not worry about anything while we was there.

Our four children we adopted <3 had never had a family vacation before and was not allowed " to just be a kid" so this was so awsome to see! The miracles of life and the miracles of love. We had a great time and came home refreshed and ready to walk the road of healing and learning to be a family of 8!

Our best vacation was years & years ago when me & my husband took our three kids to Sea World in Ohio. The kids had so much fun! Now that they are all older and only one child still lives at home, we all still remember that trip.

We took our daughter to Las Vegas to celebrate her 21st birthday this Christmas. Due to an ice storm warning on Christmas day, we loaded our presents into the car and spent Christmas eve at an airport hotel to make 100% certain we wouldn’t miss our flight. It was the most relaxing Christmas we’ve ever had and I didn’t have to make breakfast!

I spent about a week traveling to see various family members: those 3 to those 95. It was amazing to introduce my daughter to those she’d never met before…plus we got to take part in many holiday festivities. Greatest trip ever!

Our best family vacation was so simple and so sweet, it is far outweighed time at Disney or other grand schemes. Our time was spent lake-side in central Wisconsin, only a 3 hour trek, with our ENTIRE family of six kids, their spouses, and the grandkids. We lavished ourselves with wonderful grilled dinners, smores by a warming pit fire, and took turns fishing from dawn to dusk with new little anglers and older seasoned ones. WE shopped leisurely at local shops and brought back a few trinkets. 'we played cards and games and watched movies…adults enjoyed a night out at a local pub, and sat on a dock and watched the lil kids paddle boat. It was dreamy. I even got some time alone on the boat at sunset with my husband…time that is rare the past 16 years of marriage. Our kids tell this as their favorite vacation and do not write stories about their first plane experience to Disney or splashing at WaterParks or theme parks…they write about the vacation where they got to become very close to their entire family in Chetek Wisconsin and loved every minute. They cried when they had to leave. That was 3 years ago and we hope to go back when the economy straightens out….PLUS 2 more grandchildren!
