I did nothing but reflect really :) On the Founders of this country, their Christian principles, the freedoms secured by our Constitution and how too bad it was that we do not celebrate September 17th as well as July 4th :)

When I think of 4th of July, I think of fireworks and the cold night. I don't even think of America… just shooting fireworks and the sky fill with carbon dioxide. lol.

Took the kids to watch the fireworks and enjoyed a day out with them and with friends!

It was sunny and in the 90s here…bleh…glad it didn't rain, but the heat made it impossible to enjoy being outside. We stayed inside and watched season 2 of True Blood on DVD! LOL

Due to the heat, we stayed inside in the AC but we did go out and see our city's fireworks display and it was gorgeous!!!

absolutely nothing. no red, white, and blue- no fireworks- no bbq. aren't we party poopers? i would have liked to watch a parade but other issues prevented us from going out. :-(

We went to Dallas, Tx to visit relatives and we ate BBQ and grilled corn! It was so good! We also watched the fireworks! So nice!
