A break in the storm this weekend allowed us a window of opportunity to get out to our favorite playground, the beaches of Northern California. Nothing was needed but a coat and the desire to be outside, breathing in the sounds and scents of one of the most beautiful places on earth.

Hey, thanks Kevin and Larry. Muir beach is a great spot for kids and dogs, lots of hiking and climbing. And of course beautiful sunsets. But it can get a little windy sometimes, so go prepared! Note, they do have porta potties and a great Tudor style English Pub nearby called the Pelican Inn, with rooms above, great beer for the adults, darts to toss, and sometimes live music, an Irish singer now and then. Good time for all!
