When his grandmother suffered suffered a stroke, three-year-old Jaden Bolli did exactly the right thing—he picked up the phone and dialed 911. When paramedics arrived minutes later, Jaden unlocked the door and let them in. The grandmother was hospitalized, but is doing fine. But doctors say that if three-year-old Jaden didn’t call 911, she might not be alive today.

Jaden’s mother had taught her son how to dial 911 just days before. The lesson here: a child is never too young to know how to call 911.
