sittingIn the long run, I mean. A new study from Australia claims that those who watch television four hours or more every day are 80& more likely to die of cardiovascular disease than those who watch two hours or less.

I’m not totally convinced though. Obviously, the study isn’t claiming that television is the killer, but I imagine that people who watch TV for that long every day aren’t very active anyway. Either way, I’m all for studies that remind you that you need to get up an exercise.
