    I try to bring up the stranger danger conversation at least twice a year to my daughter. We discuss possible exits in case of fire when we visit a new place.

    re: Carol…my younger boys are so friendly I am beginning to worry about stranger danger. We live in what one might consider a very safe locale, but really nowhere is safe.

    I would love to win. We use music to help our son study. Putting on some soothing music helps to focus the mind and relax the child. Better studying and better results on tests, etc.

    I can really relate to the story about music influencing our lives. There are so many memories that certain songs invoke. The story about I'm Henry The Eighth I Am really hit home, because I grew up on a farm. My mother also used an old ringer washer, and we hung all our clothes out to dry. The song my mother used to sing a lot is You Are My Sunshine.

      We’re in the midst of some changes on the blog, so we’ll be updating/making some changes to all of the features on here in the coming weeks and months. Personally, though, I think they’ll all be for the better!
