Q : What is the free Life360 ID that comes with my free trial?

We give all users a free premium Life360 ID device that can help in medical emergencies and the event of a missing child. Your Life360 ID can let first responders access your vital emergency information and send an emergency message to your entire emergency contact list. You can choose from our selection of durable nylon bands or a photo-customized ID card.

Q : What are the free Recovery Tags that come with my trial?

When you sign up, we’ll give you a starter pack of durable aluminum recovery tags that you can put on your things, which will increase the odds of you getting back your lost stuff. Each tag has a customized PIN number that identifies an item as yours, and if someone picks up your property, you will instantly be notified via phone call, email, and text message. In some cases, the odds that your lost item will be returned increases from 5% to 80%.

Q : What do I do after I sign up?

You’ll be brought to your Life360 dashboard, where you can use all the products that are included as part of the Life360 protection suite. Just pick which services you want to use—they are all included at no additional charge.

Q : How do I cancel?

Call us at 1-866-277-2233, or send an email to support@life360.com. If you cancel via email, make sure to include the family PIN and ID of the account administrator. To find this information, push the “Manage Family” button at the top of your dashboard.

Q : Am I obligated to a contract?

No, you can cancel your membership at anytime, and you won’t be billed beyond your current term. If you cancel before the end of your trial period, you will never be charged.
