Wow, some of those, I wouldn't guess that it would be in the safest cities list. I know that Louisville though, is a pretty good town. I have some friends that live there and they always say it's a great city.

we live in portland, and i agree that it is a safe city. public transportation is widely used by students. many of the urban neighborhoods are close-knit communities. we're a big bicycling city, so bicycle safety is taught in schools, and children are comfortable with biking.

I am from Oregon and happy to see Portland on the list. I was very fortunate in being raised in wonderful surroundings. I live in Philadelphia now with my hubby and four kids and it will be a LONG time before it makes the list. Our kids are not safe playing outside in our neighborhood. Can't wait to move this spring to a kid-friendly city.

I've lived in Portland and Seattle and I would rank Portland as safer than Seattle. Live in Tacoma now and feel that it is a very safe city for kids.

I am a Floridian but am surprized that Tampa, FL made the list. It seems to have all the same problems that major cities seem to have

  6. Amethyst Moon

I live in Tampa and i'm surprised it made the list especially given the fact that florida is highest on the list for abusive issues involving children.

I live near Louisville and can agree with it being at the top of the list. I also think Topeka, Kansas should be there. It is a great city with a lot of family values and great hospitals and law enforcement.

I agree with Minneapolis, that is a good clean, safe city. Surprised at some of the others.

One thing I have actually noticed is that there are plenty of beliefs regarding the banking institutions intentions while talking about property foreclosures. One fairy tale in particular is the fact that the bank needs to have your house. Your banker wants your hard earned cash, not your home. They want the funds they gave you with interest. Averting the bank is only going to draw a new foreclosed summary. Thanks for your write-up.

Thanks for this excellent article. One more thing to mention is that a lot of digital cameras can come equipped with any zoom lens that permits more or less of your scene to get included by way of ‘zooming’ in and out. These kinds of changes in target length are usually reflected in the viewfinder and on big display screen right on the back of the camera.

Thanks for expressing your ideas right here. The other issue is that every time a problem occurs with a personal computer motherboard, folks should not go ahead and take risk of repairing it themselves for if it is not done right it can lead to permanent damage to the entire laptop. Most commonly it is safe to approach your dealer of a laptop with the repair of the motherboard. They will have technicians with an skills in dealing with pc motherboard challenges and can have the right diagnosis and conduct repairs.

Woah! I’m really digging the template/theme of this blog. It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times it’s very hard to get that “perfect balance” between superb usability and appearance. I must say that you’ve done a very good job with this. In addition, the blog loads extremely fast for me on Opera. Superb Blog!

Also I believe that mesothelioma cancer is a rare form of cancer malignancy that is typically found in all those previously familiar with asbestos. Cancerous tissue form inside mesothelium, which is a shielding lining which covers the vast majority of body’s body organs. These cells normally form in the lining from the lungs, abdominal area, or the sac that really encircles one’s heart. Thanks for expressing your ideas.
