1. Eligibility The Life360 Pays For (Prize Draw) is open only to:

• Legal residents of the United Kingdom only;

• Participants who have reached eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry; 

• Participants who fully and unconditionally agree to and comply with these Official Rules; 

• Participants who are not employees of Life360, other companies involved in the administration and advertising of this Prize Draw (for example advertising agencies or promotion agencies) associated with the promotion of the Prize Draw or any of their related companies or representatives (Agents), or the immediate family members or household members of an employees; and

• Participants who have an active Life360 account. 

This Prize Draw is subject to English laws. Life360’s decisions are final in all matters related to the Prize Draw and no correspondence will be entered into with any entrants other than the winners.

2. Sponsor 
The Prize Draw is sponsored by Life360, Inc. (Life360 or Sponsor), located at 1900 S. Norfolk St., Suite 310, San Mateo, CA 94403, USA.

3. Agreement to Official Rules 
Participation in the Prize Draw constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth in these Official Rules. 

4. Prize Draw Period 
The entry period begins on December 22nd, 2025 at 00:01 GMT and ends on December 31st, 2025 at 11:59PM GMT (the Entry Period). Entries that are submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible for entry into the Prize Draw. Submissions will be accepted online for the duration of the Entry Period and entries must be submitted in accordance with these Official Rules. 

5. How to Enter 
Online Entry: Participants may enter the Prize Draw by completing the following actions in the Life360 app during the Prize Draw period:

• Open your Life360 app. 

• Click on the entry button on the pop-up message or in your inbox message.

An Entry is a successful entry made by an eligible participant by Online Entry which complies with the requirements of these Official Rules and is by an eligible participant who complies with all reasonable instructions.

Limitation on Entries: Limit one (1) Entry per person is permitted per Entry Period, regardless of method of entry. Automated entries, bulk entries, or entries submitted via third parties will not be valid.  Entries that fail to comply with these Official Rules will NOT be valid, honored or acknowledged.  

6. Prize Drawing & Winner Notification
On or no later than January 7th, 2026 at 1900 S. Norfolk St., Suite 310, San Mateo, CA 94403 USA, the Sponsor will select 1 winner by a random selection. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. All decisions regarding the selection of the potential winner(s) are final.

The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner via email (linked to your Life360 account) within 2 Business Days of selection. If the potential winner does not respond with the required information within five (5) Business Days after the date of the first attempt to contact him/her, an alternate winner may be selected.  

Once a winner has/have been selected, Sponsor will send a Release and Declaration of Compliance to the selected winner within a reasonable period. The Prize winner will be required to complete, electronically sign and submit the Release and Declaration of Compliance within five (5) Business Days of the date on which Sponsor sent the Release and Declaration of Compliance to the potential winner in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, or fails to submit the Release and Declaration of Compliance within the required time period (if applicable), or prize is returned as undeliverable, then the potential winner forfeits the prize and Sponsor may select a new winner. Sponsor will review any Release and Declaration of Compliance forms sent to it by a potential winner and, if Sponsor is satisfied the potential winner has complied with these Official Rules, Sponsor will notify the winner that they are eligible for the relevant Prize. 

Prizes will be fulfilled approximately 60 days after Sponsor has sent confirmation to the winner following Sponsor's completion  of the Release and Declaration of Compliance. Even upon notification, a participant is not yet a confirmed winner until after verification by Life360 and confirmation that participant has met all eligibility requirements. Entrants must ensure that their contact details are kept up to date; Sponsor is not responsible for unread or undelivered correspondence in the event of any change of email address, mailing address and/or telephone number of entrants.

In consideration of winning the prize, the winner agrees to participate in any promotional activity relating to the Prize Draw, which may include entry content, voice, image and name for publicity purposes (in any media, print or online, including any websites, social media sites or third party retailer websites) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material (whether or not related to the Prize Draw) free of charge without additional compensation or prior notice;

8. Prizes 
One (1) winner will receive 

• A cash prize distributed in the form of wire or ACH bank transfer directly to the winner for £36,000

There is one (1) prize.  Your odds of winning a prize depends on the number of eligible entries.  Prizes are not transferable, and no substitution for cash or other goods or services is permitted.  Life360 will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. If for any reason an advertised prize is unavailable, Life360 reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.  Winners are required to complete a W-8BEN form, are responsible for notifying any prize to the relevant tax authorities, and are responsible for any and all applicable government taxes, if any, that apply to prizes. 

9. General Conditions 
In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Prize Draw is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, bug, worm, unauthorized human intervention or other technical problem, or in the event the Prize Draw is unable to run as planned for any other reason other than for any matter under the Sponsor's control, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Prize Draw to address the impairment and then resume the Prize Draw in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules or (b) terminate the Prize Draw and, in the event of termination, award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Prize Draw or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Prize Draw may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages (including legal fees) and any other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. 

10. Release and Limitations of Liability 
Neither Sponsor nor agencies nor suppliers involved in this promotion may be liable to the winners, whether arising from tort including negligence, breach of contract or otherwise or for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered whatsoever as a result of or relating to participation in this Prize Draw or the prizes to the extent permissible by law.  No compensation for loss of earnings will be paid by Sponsor for participation in any aspect of this prize draw. Sponsor is not responsible if the Prize Draw cannot take place or if the prize cannot be awarded due to delays or interruptions as a result of acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather, acts of terrorism, pandemic, or any other events beyond Sponsor’s control.

11. Privacy and Publicity. 
Life360, Inc. shall be considered the data controller for the database containing personal information, and it provides for an appropriate data protection level.  You understand that your personal information shall be processed for the purposes outlined below, in accordance with Life360’s Privacy Policy, available at www.life360.com.  Personal information will be used for the purposes of:

• Organizing, running and monitoring the Prize Draw and prize fulfillment, including, if you win a prize, publishing your name and country of residence on the Winner List and online or in any other media; 

• Promotional activity relating to the Prize Draw, which may include entry content, voice, image and name for publicity purposes (in any media, print or online, including any websites, social media sites or third party retailer websites) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material (whether or not related to the Prize Draw) free of charge without additional compensation or prior notice;

• And any other processing activities as further as described in these Official Rules or as may be permitted under applicable law.

If an Entrant objects to any or all of his or her name and county being published or made available as set forth above, please contact blamp@life360.com upon entry to the Promotion. In such circumstances, Life360 must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

12. Governing Law; Disputes 
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of England. All disputes, claims or controversies arising out of or relating to the Prize Draw, including the marketing and promotion of the Prize Draw (Disputes), shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in the United Kingdom under the laws of England and Wales.  The only Disputes not covered by this Section are claims (i) regarding the infringement, protection or validity of your, Life360’'s or Life360's licensors' trade secrets or copyright, trademark or patent rights; and (ii) those brought in small claims court.

• You and Life360 shall first attempt to resolve any Dispute informally for at least 30 days before initiating arbitration. The informal negotiations commence upon receipt of written notice from one person to the other (Notice of Dispute). The Notice of Dispute must: (a) include the full name and contact information of the complaining party; (b) describe the nature and basis of the claim or dispute; and (c) set forth the specific relief sought. Life360 will send its Notice of Dispute to the contact information in your Entry, or other address you provide for this purpose. You will send your Notice of Dispute to: Life360 Inc., 1900 S. Norfolk St. Suite 310, San Mateo, CA USA 94403, ATTENTION: Legal Department.

• YOU AND Life360 AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator shall not consolidate another person's claims with your claims, and shall not preside over any type of representative or class proceeding. The arbitrator may award declaratory or injunctive relief only in favor of the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to provide relief warranted by that party's individual claim. 

13. Winner List 
To request the name of the prize winner or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Life360 Inc., ATTENTION: Life360 Pays For Prize Draw, 1900 S. Norfolk St., Suite 310, San Mateo, CA 94403, USA or (for Winner’s list only) send an e-mail message to hello@life360.com with Winner’s list as the e-mail subject and sweepstakes name specified in the body of the e-mail. Winner List requests will only be accepted after the promotion end date (listed above).
