Chief People Officer

Heather Houston is the Chief People Officer at Life360, leading People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Culture, and Workplace. With over 20 years of HR leadership experience in high-growth environments, Heather brings a proven track record of building strong teams and scaling company culture through periods of rapid transformation.

Prior to joining Life360, she served as VP of People at Mosaic, a solar fintech company, and as Head of HR at Five9, where she helped scale the company from 300 to 800 employees and supported its successful IPO. Heather holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Santa Clara University and an MBA in Strategic Management from Cal State University, East Bay.

Heather lives in the Bay Area with her husband and three children, with one daughter in high school and two sons in college. Her favorite Life360 feature is the weekly driver report, since she has three newish drivers in her family circle.
