Most people use Tile to find their keys and wallets, but there's no limit to the things that you can find! We make a variety of Bluetooth trackers that were purpose-built to fit your favorite stuff.
How do I find my Tile and/or phone using Amazon Alexa?
To better explain how to use the voice command, we're using keys
as the Tiled item in the examples below. When you find your item at home, be sure to use the name of the item you're looking for, like wallet,
backpack,
or laptop
for example.
For customers in the U.S.
To ring your Tile: “Alexa, find my keys” or “Alexa, ring my keys”
To ring your phone: “Alexa, find my phone” or “Alexa, ring my phone”
To find out the last known location of your Tile: “Alexa, where are my keys” or “where is my phone”
For international customers (or if you're using a 3rd party speaker, like Sonos):
To ring your Tile: “Alexa, ask Tile to ring my Keys” or “Alexa, ask Tile to find my Keys”
To ring your phone: “Alexa, ask Tile to ring my phone” or “Alexa, ask Tile to find my phone”
To find out the last known location of your Tile: “Alexa, ask Tile to locate my keys”

How do I find my Tile and/or phone using Google Nest?
Google Nest devices like Google Home, Google Nest Mini, and Google Nest Hub are able to locate and ring your Tiles via Bluetooth - so you don’t need your phone or Life360 app nearby in order for your Tiles to ring.
To make your Tile ring, say:
”Hey Google, ring my (laptop, keys)” Or “Hey Google, make my (backpack, water bottle, wallet) ring”
Or, you can ask for the location of your Tile by saying:
“Hey Google, where is my (purse, camera, tablet)” Or “Hey Google, find my (gym bag, passport, bike)” Google Home
To ring your phone — even if it's on silent— just start by saying “Ok Google, ask Tile to find my phone.” To ring any of your other Tiles, like your wallet for example, just say “Ok Google, ask Tile to find my wallet.”

How do I find my Tile and/or phone using my Xfinity X1 Voice Remote?
To see the location of your Tiles using your X1 Voice Remote, press and hold the Microphone (Mic) button on your remote while you speak your command. Start by saying Xfinity Home,
then ask it to find or locate your Tile.
Examples of commands you can say are:
Xfinity Home, find my keys.
Xfinity Home, where is my wallet?
Xfinity Home, locate backpack tile.
Your X1 TV Box will display your Tile's last known location, along with the date and time it was last seen at that spot!

How do I find my Tile and/or phone using Siri Shortcuts?
Unlike other voice-activated smart speakers, you get to customize your finding command with Siri Shortcuts! Here's how it works:
1. Open the Life360 app and choose a Tile you’d like to use with Siri Shortcuts.
2. Choose Siri on the options screen.
3. Record a short phrase such as “Find my keys.”
Use this phrase anytime you want Siri to help find your things. HomePod and CarPlay users can also access the Siri Shortcuts once they’re set up.
