You can enable Tile’s Anti-Theft Mode in two steps: 

• Step 1: Agree to strict Anti-Theft Mode terms and conditions of use, presented within the Tile App

• Step 2: Pass a 3 stage ID verification

  • Front to back ID comparison

  • Selfie to ID comparison

  • Liveness check

Once activated, your Tiles will be invisible in our Scan & Secure feature. To ensure your personal safety and the proper use of Tile devices, we have required ID verification and strict usage terms and conditions to access Anti-Theft Mode.

These terms include acknowledging that your personally identifiable information may be shared with law enforcement if any Tile device in Anti-Theft mode is found being used to track an individual without their knowledge or consent.
