Sweepstakes begins on October 7, 2023 and ends on October 25, 2023 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

 1. Eligibility LIFE360 TRAVEL FOR THE HOLIDAYS 2023 SWEEPSTAKES (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, plus the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years of age (or at least the minimum age of majority in their place of residence, whichever is greater), and who have an active e-mail account and Internet access as of the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, fulfillment or other coordinating agencies, individuals providing services to Sponsor through an outsourcer or temporary employment agency during the Sweepstakes Period, and their respective immediate family members (defined as parents, children, siblings, domestic partner, husband or wife) and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules & Regulations (“Official Rules”) and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. 2. To Enter: An eligible person may enter the Sweepstakes for a chance to win a prize by fully completing the Entry Form at www.life360.com/travel-sweeps-2023 during the Sweepstakes Period. Entry opens at 12:00:00 a.m. U.S. Pacific Time and closes at 11:59:59 p.m. U.S. Pacific Time. Please note that all times and dates are in United States Pacific Time. Please see world clock for time zone conversion information. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and consent to Sponsor’s use of participant’s personal information for purposes of administering this Sweepstakes in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy, referenced below. Upon submission of participant’s entry form, participant will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Participants will automatically receive an extra 50 entries if they register and start a 7-day free trial of Life360’s Gold or Platinum Membership (the e-mail address of the Life360 account must match the e-mail address provided on the Entry Form). Participants who are existing Gold or Platinum members will automatically receive 50 additional entries after completing the Entry Form and agreeing to rules and regulations. No mechanically reproduced entries are allowed, and any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods.

Alternate Method of Entry:  You may enter the Sweepstakes without filling out the online Entry Form by mailing your name and email address with a legibly handwritten, self-addressed, stamped envelope with sufficient postage and a return address including first and last name, email address, street address, city, state and zip code to:  Life360 Inc., ATTENTION: LIFE360 TRAVEL FOR THE HOLIDAYS 2023 SWEEPSTAKES 1900 S. Norfolk St. Suite 310, San Mateo CA 94403.  Mail-in requests, including both outer envelope and inner entry must be handwritten.  The outer envelope must be postmarked no sooner than October 7th, 2023 and no later than October 25th, 2023. Mail-in participants will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Limitation on Entries: Only one hundred (100) entries per person are permitted during the Sweepstakes Period.  Incorrect and incomplete Entries are void (to be judged in Sponsor’s sole opinion. Entrants violating any of these Official Rules may be disqualified.

3. Prize Drawing & Winner Notification: On or about November 1, 2023 at 1900 S. Norfolk St., Suite 310, San Mateo, CA 94403 USA, the Sponsor will select a winner by a random draw.  The drawing will be conducted either by independent persons or a computer program that randomly chooses the winner, from all eligible entries received.  Winners will be notified by e-mail.   All decisions regarding the selection of the potential winner(s) are final.  Prizes and Odds: There is one (1) prize to be awarded in the Sweepstakes:

The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.  Prizes are non-transferable.  No cash or other substitution of prizes is permitted, except at the sole option of Sponsor for a prize of equal or greater value.  Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes.  Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes, if any, that apply to prizes.  Total value of all prizes to be awarded: Approximately $2000 (U.S.).

Notification of Winners: Winner(s) will be notified by e-mail within five (5) business days of the prize drawing, and may be required to sign and return a declaration of eligibility and publicity/liability release within seven (7) days of notification.  Even upon notification, a participant is not yet a confirmed winner until after verification by the Sponsor and confirmation that participant has met all eligibility requirements.  If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize and/or where applicable an declaration of eligibility and publicity/liability release is not timely received, is incomplete or modified, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from remaining valid, eligible entries timely submitted.  In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account specified in the entry.  “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.  No automatically generated entries will be accepted.  Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address, mailing address and/or telephone number of entrants.

4. General Rules: By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules.  The Sweepstakes is offered by Life360 Inc., 1900 S. Norfolk St. Suite 310, San Mateo CA 94403, which is not responsible for (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, postage-due, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or undeliverable entries, responses, or other correspondence, whether by e-mail or postal mail or otherwise; (ii) theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials; or (iii) phone, electrical, network, computer, hardware, software program or transmission malfunctions, failures or difficulties.  By entering the Sweepstakes, you further agree to release, indemnify, defend and hold Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, sponsors and agents, including advertising and promotion agencies, and assigns, and any other organizations related to the Sweepstakes, harmless, from any and all claims, injuries, damages, expenses or losses to person or property and/or liabilities of any nature that in any way arise from participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of a prize or parts thereof, including, without limitation, (i) any condition caused by events beyond Sponsor’s control that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (ii) any injuries, losses, or damages (compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; and (iii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes.  Winners agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and Sponsor’s decisions in all respects relative to the Sweepstakes are final.  IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, DATA, BUSINESS OR PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY ARISES FROM ANY CLAIM BASED UPON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT SPONSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE.  Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.  Sponsor is not responsible if the Sweepstakes cannot take place or if the prize cannot be awarded due to delays or interruptions as a result of acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather, acts of terrorism, pandemic, or any other events beyond Sponsor’s control.  Entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules or attempt to interfere with this Sweepstakes in any way will be disqualified.   Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of automated devices will cause disqualification.  Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual (and all of his or her entries) who tampers with the entry process.

5. Additional Conditions: Except where prohibited, by winning any prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name, photo and/or likeness, biographical information, entry and statements attributed to winner (if true) for advertising and promotional purposes, including without limitation, inclusion in Sponsor’s newsletters, the Sweepstakes website at www.life360.com and Sponsor’s homepage at www.life360.com, without additional compensation.  All entries and surveys are property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned.  Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of prizes.  Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the Sweepstakes are compromised, without liability to the entrant.  Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.  The Sweepstakes are subject to these Official Rules and all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply.  These Official Rules are governed by the law of the State of California, excluding rules governing choice of laws.  Any action, suit or case arising out of, or in connection with, this Sweepstakes or these Official Rules must be brought in either the federal courts located in the Northern district of California or the state courts located in Santa Clara County, California.  Sponsor may collect personal data about entrants online, in accordance with its privacy policy and as may be more specifically set forth in these Official Rules.  Please review these Official Rules and Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://www.life360.com/privacy_policy.  By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and use of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted these Official Rules and Sponsor’s privacy policy.  Entrants agree that any personal information may be processed, shared, and otherwise used for the purposes and within the context of the Sweepstakes and any other purposes outlined in these Official Rules.  Such personal information may also be used by Sponsor in order to verify any entrant’s identity, postal address, and telephone number, and to otherwise verify any entrant’s eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes.  Entrants agree that Sponsor may send entrants various promotional materials, including but not limited to blogs, articles, specials, and informational e-mails regarding Sponsor’s business activities.  Entrants may access, review, rectify, or cancel any personal information held by Sponsor, and/or elect to have an individual’s name excluded from all lists used by Sponsor, by writing to Life360 Inc., ATTENTION: LIFE360 TRAVEL FOR THE HOLIDAYS 2023 SWEEPSTAKES 1900 S. 6. Privacy and Publicity: Nothing in these Official Rules shall be deemed to exclude or restrict any of your statutory rights as a consumer.  If you participate in the Sweepstakes, you consent to Life360’s processing your personal information in accordance with Life360’s Privacy Policy, which you can read at https://Life360.com.  You also consent to Life360’s use of your Entry, personal name, user/screen name, social media handle, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state (“Entry Data”) for promotional purposes. Life360  (or its Agent) has the option, but not the obligation, to use your Entry Data in any media, worldwide, without any further attribution, notification or compensation.  Some jurisdictions prohibit the mandatory consents described above, so some or all of them may not apply to you.

7. Winner’s List: To request the name of the prize winner or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Jessica Sutherland, Life360 Inc. 1900 S. Norfolk St., Suite 310, San Mateo, CA 94403, or (for Winner’s list only) send an e-mail message to partnerships@life360.com with “Winner’s list” as the e-mail subject and sweepstakes name specified in the body of the e-mail.. Winner List requests will only be accepted after the promotion end date (listed above).
