Return My Hardware Order
Standard Return and Refund Policy
Life360 can only refund hardware orders placed directly through our website. If you purchased your Life360 Pet GPS or Tile(s) through another party (like Amazon.com), contact them for return instructions.
You can return your Life360 Pet GPS or Tile for a refund within 30 days from the day you received your Life360 Pet GPS or Tile shipment.
The order must be returned in good condition with its original packaging.
If you don’t have the original packaging, you can pack your items in any cardboard box and attach the new shipping label.Â
Partial returns are not eligible for refund (example: If you ordered 4 Tiles, you must return all 4 Tiles to receive a refund).

*Depending on where you live, Final Sale items may not be eligible for returns or refunds as defined in the Terms and Conditions of the applicable sale. In the EU and UK, your statutory right of withdrawal still applies to Final Sale Items.Â

Follow the prompts to be connected with an agent.
If eligible, our Customer Care team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) along with instructions on how to return your order.
When you are ready to return your order, we recommend using a shipping service that is able to track shipments (i.e., USPS, UPS, or FedEx) so that you are able to track your shipment. Just a reminder, Life360 is not responsible for shipping costs associated with the return order. Â Note: The return can be shipped Ground, Priority shipping is not required.
Once the return is processed and approved, a confirmation email will be sent to you with information on when you should expect your refund.
Your refund will be returned to your original form of payment.
Important Notes
If your Product is returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or otherwise has signs of abuse, Life360 reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees, at Life360’s sole discretion. Life360 is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. Refunds for purchases will be credited back to the original payment method only.
