Yes, when redeeming your Life360 benefit, log in using the credentials associated with your existing paid membership. When prompted to select a Circle, select your existing paid Circle. If you have an existing paid Life360 membership through the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store, turn off auto-renewal after activating your employee benefit to avoid being charged in the future. You can do this in the Life360 app: go to Settings -&gt; Account -&gt; Cancel Membership.Future payments through Life360.com are automatically stopped during enrollment. If you purchased a Life360 annual membership on Life360.com within the last 30 days, you will receive a refund automatically after activating your employee benefit. If you made an annual purchase through Google or Apple, contact Google or Apple to request a refund for your annual purchase.

Is this the same membership as regular Life360 Gold?

The Life360 Gold plan offered through your MetLife + Aura Identity &amp; Fraud Protection employee benefit includes slightly different features than the Life360 consumer plans of the same name.

Can I use a different email address for my Life360 account than the one on my Aura account?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can create your Life360 account using any email address; it doesn’t need to match the email address you use for your Aura account. Just make sure to redeem your membership using the unique link sent to the email address you enrolled with. If you’re an existing Life360 member, you can just log in to your existing account and apply the benefit to the Circle of your choice.
