Life360 provides Life360 members in the U.S. the ability to gift a Gold membership (Gift Membership) to a friend or family member (the “Gift Recipient
) in 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months duration (each a Membership Period
). You will be charged the full purchase price of the Gift Membership, which is determined based on the Membership Period selected at checkout, at the time of purchase. The amount you are charged for the Gift Membership is non-refundable.Â
To access their Gift Membership, Gift Recipients are required to download the Life360 App on iOS or Android, register for a Life360 account, and agree to the Life360 Terms of Service and acknowledge the Life360 Privacy Policy applies. Gift Memberships can only be applied to an active free or newly created circle, they cannot be applied to an active premium circle, or used to extend a current membership.Â
Gift Memberships have no cash or stored value, cannot be transferred or resold. No balance remains after use. Gift Memberships can only be applied once, to one circle, and cannot be combined with any other offer.Â
Gift Memberships must be redeemed within 3 years from the date of purchase. The MembershipPeriod begins on the day the Gift Membership is redeemed by the Gift Recipient and runs continuously until the Membership Period ends. You will be notified when the gift recipient redeems the Gift Membership. Gift Memberships do not auto-renew. To continue their Gold membership after the Membership Period has ended, the Gift Recipient must actively renew their Gold membership and provide a new method of payment. Gift Memberships expire 3 years from the date of purchase.
