You may see ads in the Life360 app and, when Personalized Ads are on, on other apps or websites you use.
If you turn off Personalized Ads, your data will not be used to show you targeted ads on other apps or websites outside of Life360, and we will not use third-party data to personalize those ads.


Advertising in the Life360 app
In the Life360 app, ads may be tailored to be more relevant and useful. For example, if you frequently visit pet stores, you may see offers for pet supplies rather than unrelated ads.
Your data may also be used to measure campaign effectiveness, such as whether someone visited a store after seeing an ad.

On other apps and websites
When Personalized Ads are on, ads may appear on other apps or websites based on your Life360 experience.
You can control whether your data is used to personalize ads on other apps and websites, and whether we use third-party data to personalize ads targeted to you on Life360.
This setting is turned on by default, but you can turn it off at any time in your app settings.

What data may be used
When Personalized Advertising is on, we may use information such as:
A Mobile Advertising ID (MAID) is a device identifier that helps deliver more relevant ads without sharing your name or email address. This type of identifier is commonly used across mobile apps and the broader digital advertising ecosystem.
